Referral Program

Kinetix Technology is proud to provide its employees with the opportunity to play a large part in its growth by compensating them with an aggressive referral commission program.

If an employee or an individual outside the Company provides us with the name and qualifications of a potential candidate, and that candidate becomes engaged by Kinetix as a consultant, we will pay the employee or individual who provided the information a referral commission of up to $1.00 per hour (as determined by the Company) for each hour billed for the services of the consultant for up to a 12-month period or for a maximum of $2,800 per consultant.
